Coach Kay
Kristina, also known as Coach Kay, is an RRCA Level 2 certified coach who brings heart, strategy, and lived experience to her work. She is especially passionate about supporting runners navigating perimenopause and menopause, guiding them toward strength, confidence, and performance at every age.

With a background that includes seven marathons (including the 2025 Boston Marathon) and her first ultramarathon in 2024, Coach Kay’s coaching is grounded in experience and empathy. She thrives on helping runners unlock breakthroughs—whether that means crossing their first finish line or shaving minutes off a personal best.

Coach Kay coaches both online and in person. She and her partner, Macland, are the heart of a vibrant Montreal-based run crew, where they combine structure and soul to help runners grow in community.
Macland
Macland Glaudin is a certified RRCA coach with over 12 years of personal running experience. He blends practical know-how with a calm, focused coaching style that helps runners gain confidence and consistency, whether they’re training for their first 5K or chasing a marathon PR.

Specializing in 1:1 coaching, Macland is known for his patient, personalized approach and commitment to the fundamentals—good form, smart training, and mental resilience. His philosophy centers on long-term development, helping athletes stay injury-free while building strength, speed, and a genuine love for running.

Macland currently coaches runners of all levels online and in person. Based in Montreal, he co-leads a local run crew with his partner, Coach Kay, creating a community where runners of all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and motivated
