Coach Kay

Kristina, also known as Coach Kay, is an RRCA Level 2 certified coach who brings heart, strategy, and lived experience to her work. She is especially passionate about supporting runners navigating perimenopause and menopause, guiding them toward strength, confidence, and performance at every age.

Now a nine time marathoner and two time ultramarathoner, Kristina’s racing résumé includes the 2025 Boston Marathon and ultramarathons across multiple continents. Her coaching is grounded in experience and empathy. She thrives on helping runners unlock breakthroughs, whether that means crossing a first finish line, stepping up to longer distances, or shaving minutes off a personal best.

Kristina coaches both online and in person and is a Lululemon Montreal Run Ambassador. In addition to her private coaching practice, she contributes to the local running community through weekly group runs in Montreal.
